It will be the first time ever that the program has been offered.

- How to assess, diagnose & turn around conflict quickly
- How to liberate innovative and creative ideas
- How to break down silos and sub groups and unify diverse groups
- Managing multi-stakeholder negotiations from positions in compromise to Maximisation
- Managing large public policy meetings.
It will also look at how to prevent conflict inside of groups. It will look at some of the theories behind group dynamics and team theory.
It will culminate in each person having the opportunity to be able facilitate groups that will create insightful thoughts, collective decisions and decisive actions.
The program will be a very practical, hands on opportunity for people to understand how to manage group behaviour, conduct productive meetings, successful complex negotiations, powerful mastermind, brain storming sessions and understandable strategies.
